You can download software for licenses which you have purchased via the following these link ».

  • You can request additional user access to the Enterprise Portal for a colleague here. Enter your colleague’s contact details in the form and then click on SUBMIT.
  • Shortly after, your colleague will receive an e-mail containing his/her access data.
  • Note for end customers: You have the possibility to allow your system integrator to access the Enterprise Portal. To do so, simply complete the following form on the registration page: Register as system integrator.

 

 

  • Contact our Activation Team if you have a question about your licenses or, for example, if you want to reactivate a license that was active in the past.
  • Please always specify the reason for reactivation.
  • Enter your request or query in the appropriate field and then click on SUBMIT.
  • Please do not use this form for technical queries. Technical queries can be submitted using the tool button under Actions, provided that the selected license has applicable support service.

 

 

  • You can use this form for general queries (for example, queries about the Enterprise Portal or for buying additional licenses).
  • Please enter your first name and last name plus your message in the appropriate fields. Then click on SUBMIT.
  • Please do not use this form for technical queries. Technical queries can be submitted using the tool button under Actions, provided that the selected license has applicable support service.

 

 

  • Use this form to tell us if the address of your company has changed.
  • Please note that licenses are always assigned to the specific branch of a company. If you want to manage all of your company’s licenses via one particular branch, please tell us using the Contact Activation Team form.
  • Enter your new address details in the relevant fields and then click on SUBMIT.

 


Actions

The following action buttons are displayed in the Customer View. The other views may contain fewer action buttons. For further information, click on the “Help” buttons in the relevant views.

 

  • It is possible to activate licenses for several servers at the same time (unattended installation). This option is not needed for ThinPrint 10, but for older versions. You can find a detailed description of unattended licensing in our technical information document Unattended installation and licensing of ThinPrint Engine components.
  • Create a license file (.txt) as described in the above-mentioned document.
  • Then upload this file by clicking on the action button.
  • Our activation team will deal with your activation request and provide the requested activation keys in the Enterprise Portal within 24 hours.* You will then be able to export them back into a .txt file by clicking on the “Export License Data” button.

* Please note that activation requests cannot be processed on the following public holidays:

 

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Good Friday (the Friday before Easter in March or April)
  • Easter Monday (the Monday following Easter in March or April)
  • Labor Day (May 1st)
  • Ascension Day (a Thursday in May or June)
  • Feast of Corpus Christi (a Monday in June)
  • Unification Day (October 3rd)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
  • Boxing Day (December 26th)
  • New Year’s Eve (December 31st)

 

 

  • Click on this action button to request an activation key for the license keys you have selected.
  • Enter the server name (optional) and the registration key in the relevant fields and then click on SEND.
  • Our activation team will deal with your activation request and provide the requested activation key(s) in the Enterprise Portal within 24 hours.* Then you will be able to copy the activation key and insert it into the license manager of your server. If there are several activation keys, it is a good idea to export the license keys into a .txt file by clicking on the “Export License Data” action button.
  • You can find detailed information about licensing in our technical information document ThinPrint Licensing.
  • Note: If you have several servers and want to activate the licenses on an unattended basis, you must enter the server name. Otherwise, the licenses cannot be assigned automatically. This option is not needed for ThinPrint 10, but for older versions. You can find a detailed description of unattended licensing in our technical information document Unattended installation and licensing of ThinPrint Engine components.

  • Click this action button to destroy the selected licenses.
  • Make sure that these destroyed licenses are also destroyed in the Cortado License Manager.
  • Destroying licenses is advisable in the following cases:
    • If you want to upgrade or change the licenses and want to get a credit for licenses which are no longer used
    • If you are a Service Provider and want to ensure that licenses which are no longer used are also not invoiced
    • If licenses which are no longer used should not be considered when calculating update and support service renewals

 

 

  • This option is not needed for ThinPrint 10, but for older versions.
  • Click on this action button to export all selected license keys to a .txt file.
  • Save this .txt file for future use.
  • The .txt file is also needed for activation in unattended licensing. You can find a detailed description of unattended licensing in our technical information document Unattended installation and licensing of ThinPrint Engine components.

 

 

  • You can make a support request by clicking on this action button.
  • To do so, select the license for which you need technical support.
  • Please note that support services can only be provided if support services have been purchased for all of your licenses and if these services are still valid. The column Support → Yes will give you further information on valid support services.
  • Then click on SEND.
  • Our support team will contact you shortly after.

 

 

Use this action button to request a non-binding offer from our Software Maintenance Team for the following cases:

  • If one or more licenses do not have valid update service, or they are due to expire soon (see the column: Service Runtime).
  • If you want to purchase or extend support services for your licenses, or if you want to synchronize the expiry date of newly purchased licenses.
  • If you want to extend the validity of time-limited licenses in the Annual License Mode.
  • To do so, select the license(s) in question and then click on this action button.
  • Our Software Maintenance team will send you a non-binding offer soon after.

 

 

  • This action button enables you to use a filter. You can filter any column in the table. For example, you can display all licenses of a specific type and/or with a specific product name.
  • Enter a search term in at least one field or select an option from one of the pull-down menus.
  • Then click on APPLY.
  • Only the licenses you want will be displayed.
  • You can tell if a filter is active because the action button turns blue.
  • If you want to display all of the licenses again, click on the blue action button and then on CLEAR.

 

 

  • Using this action button, customers who use the annual license model can request licenses for additional software components free of charge. This relates to the ThinPrint Management Center and Connected Gateway components. (Service Providers can take advantage of additional software components and their licenses. Detailed information is available on the help page of the Service Provider View).
  • Enter the required number in the form in the appropriate software component and then select the software version number.
  • Licenses for the required software components can be found on weekdays within 24 hours in this portal in the view where they were requested.
  • These licenses are only valid as long as the annual license is

 

  • Using this button, you can request new licenses for ThinPrint 10.
  • Select the licenses you want to update to ThinPrint 10.
  • Then click on the button.
  • If you wish to use one of the following components, you will need Premium licenses:
    • Cluster Support
    • Host Integration Service
    • Tracking Service
    • Connected Gateway
    • ThinPrint Management Center
